Auditing is an annual or quarterly event in any company and has a great deal of work in it.

An audit report should thus be created with great care: Planning The first step is to form a proper plan for the audit. Give an outline of the whole process. Final Report All the findings of the audit are presented systematically in the report. The report also contains the corrective measures that will be taken to improve the overall outcome. Follow-Up Report A follow-up report is made to note down the corrective measures as well as the unresolved matters found out in the auditing process.
