These plates turned over to the "Bxx" series in , but reached only the "BIF" series before the series was switched to "Cxx" instead.
Don't ask me why. The reflective sheeting for later-period gold-fade plates was made by Avery, Corporation and has a somewhat shinier appearance to it. These Avery plates also have a lighter gold color than on the previous 3M plates, which is most apparent when comparing the mis-match between the gold on the county sticker to the gold on the plate.
