The boot loader comes up and I let it boot normally I was using VMware converter just to get it virtual and then I would do something like Starwinds to convert it if it can't be exported in a format RHEv can omport. Ssh isn't responding at all on the new vms so I suspect a VMware network setting issue like vlan. Right now I'm trying to just log in using vsphere console. I know the IP addresses VMware converter used during the conversion, but now that the VMs have been booted up I don't know if they are trying to use the original IP's or the IPs that were assigned during conversion.
