I got stuck at the sw. Saved it the way everyone says, Save As 'all files' but the 'bluetooth is not on' error msg just keep popping.
Because default its saved under ANSI. Put in in Garmin root directory. You should be able to use the internal gps then.
I solve my sw. After installing, unplug the phone from computer. Go to Garmin folder in the memory card and rename it. I followed every step and reinstalled the program again. Saved sw.
