The newer separately owned houses are eco-friendly with a wonderful mix of owner families. Easthampton as a whole is bustling with new arts and music as well as an exciting array of restaurants. It's home to Williston Academy prep school and near Northampton, home to Smith College and even more restaurants and music venues.
